The SmartTraveller.mu website is operated by SmartTraveller Ltd, a limited liability company registered in Mauritius, whose registered office is at Beau Manguier, Morcellement Swan, P\u00e9reyb\u00e8re, Mauritius.<\/p>\n

The General Conditions of Use also include the Privacy Policy of SmartTraveller Ltd and are commonly defined as \u201cGeneral Conditions\u201d. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between SmartTraveller Ltd and each user of the Website. Company:<\/strong> refers to SmartTraveller Ltd, its VisaMauritius brands and all of its sister companies.<\/p>\n

User:<\/strong> refers to any person who accesses and browses the Platform, whether a Customer, Partner, or simple Internet user.<\/p>\n

Client:<\/strong> designates any User looking for information on Mauritius or on a potential expatriation to Mauritius, or any person who has subscribed to an offer or service offered by the company SmartTraveller.<\/p>\n

Partner:<\/strong> refers to any User working in collaboration or wishing to collaborate with SmartTraveller.<\/p>\n

Services\/Offers:<\/strong> designates all the services (paid or non-paying) offered by the company SmartTraveller to Users.<\/p>\n

Content:<\/strong> designates all information, texts, logos, brands, animations, designs and models, photographs, data, hypertext links, and in general all elements and content transmitted to the company SmartTraveller for publication on our site.<\/p>\n

The reproduction of all or part of this site on any medium whatsoever is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by SmartTraveller.<\/p>\n

Use of the SmartTraveller site does not in any way give Users the possibility of becoming owners of this website and its content.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Rights and Obligations<\/h2><\/div>

The User acknowledges being solely responsible for the compatibility of their computer system with the site. He must not in any way engage in or attempt to engage in misuse of the system or the site, including hacking, circumventing security systems, or disrupting the operations of the Site.<\/p>\n

The User must under no circumstances use or attempt to use computer robots to access the SmartTraveller.mu system or site. Any use or attempted use of computer robots would be considered misuse of the site.<\/p>\n

The User is not authorized to use inappropriate and\/or offensive language or content, or to request commercial services during a communication, on a form or an email sent and received from the site and vice versa.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Services<\/h2><\/div>

SmartTraveller Ltd assists users in their administrative procedures for obtaining a work visa, a residence permit, business incorporation, a student visa, etc.<\/p>\n

SmartTraveller Ltd assists users in their preparation for expatriation to Mauritius: advice, good deals, help in finding accommodation, airport-accommodation transfer, reception, connection, on-site integration and other related services to an expatriation project in Mauritius.<\/p>\n

SmartTraveller.mu services require an appointment to be made for a Video exchange or telephone call with our team. The User undertakes to provide complete, precise and relevant information during any communication with the company team. SmartTraveller reserves the right to accept or refuse any appointment request.<\/p>\n

Before purchasing a Support Pack or other SmartTraveller services, the user must communicate with the SmartTraveller team in order to check the feasibility of their project in Mauritius. Without this, SmartTraveller cannot be held responsible for the non-feasibility of the user’s project in Mauritius.<\/p>\n

The SmartTraveller company offers support in the form of a pack. This pack can also include administrative support for obtaining a residence permit or work visa in Mauritius. SmartTraveller warns Users that obtaining this status is solely governed by the Mauritian authorities. Under no circumstances can SmartTraveller be held responsible for failure to obtain the permit or visa in question.<\/p>\n

Under no circumstances can SmartTraveller or its affiliates be held responsible for any loss or failure related to establishing contact with a partner or providing support. The user is solely responsible for the exchanges and recommendations made by SmartTraveller and\/or chosen partners. The user is solely responsible for the decision to continue a collaboration. SmartTraveller cannot be held responsible for any failure towards partners.<\/p>\n

Under no circumstances can SmartTraveller be held responsible for direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the recommendations made by the site, from the use of the site or other site.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Fees and delivery conditions<\/h2><\/div>

Prices and payment terms<\/b>
\nThe fees invoiced by SmartTraveller for project support in Mauritius are indicated in euros.<\/p>\n

Concerning administrative support costs (Occupation Permit, business incorporation, self-employed status, residence permit and any other service), these costs only include the costs of processing your administrative assistance request from SmartTraveller.<\/p>\n

Costs related to your medical examinations, government fees (including business licenses or options such as delivery costs for your original documents), request for expert advice, expert assistance following a request to examine a file, and urgent processing of your request, are not taken into account.<\/p>\n

Procedures begin upon receipt of payment by SmartTraveller Ltd.<\/p>\n

SmartTraveller invoicing will be issued upon agreement on the services offered between agent and clients. These will be paid by bank transfer. All international transfer costs are the responsibility of the site user.<\/p>\n

Under no circumstances will SmartTraveller reimburse the user for the costs associated with the procedures for obtaining a work permit, residence permit\/visa, or business incorporation, except in cases of careless error committed by SmartTraveller.
